About Worldwide Convention

Established 1937

Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention seeks to engage people of all ages in world mission with the challenge to pray, to give and to go. It offers a unique space to listen, to learn and to respond to the call and commission of the Lord Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations. Each day includes morning Bible studies and evening celebrations focusing on missions across the world along with an opportunity to visit the Global Village. Seminars and special events for children, teenagers, young adults, women and church leaders take place throughout the week. Founded in 1937 the Convention has been a place for thousands of people to experience the global church and to give their lives to making Jesus known across the street and across the world.

  • Challenge people with little or no involvement to become fully committed to mission at home and overseas in terms of praying, giving and going.
