Details: You are invited to join Isaac & Gloria Shaw at 5.15p.m. for A TASTE OF INDIA as we enjoy an Indian meal in the Bangla Indian Restaurant, 115 Main St, Bangor BT20 4AF, prior to the opening meeting. This is a ticketed event with limited places (Ticket sales close midnight on Thursday 15th August) at a cost of £15.00 per person. (£12.50 for Friends of Worldwide)
The OPENING CELEBATION of the Convention at 7.30 p.m. in Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church continues our focus on INDIA. The evening celebration will include congregational praise and intercultural worship. with Beryl D’Souza–Vali and Isaac Shaw will be our speakers along with and there will be interviews with Pete Hansen and Colin Smith.
Isaac Shaw is the National Director/President of Delhi Bible Institute and Senior Pastor of Bible Bhavan Christian Fellowship. Dr. Beryl ‘D’Souza–Vali leads the Good Shepherd Healthcare Initiative in India working among the outcaste people of India. Pete Hansen is an award–winning filmmaker whose projects include Dispatches from the Front. Colin Smith is the Senior Pastor of the Orchard Church in Chicago.
