Billy and Hazel are the Directors of Betel (Ireland) and are based just south of Dublin in a residential rehabilitation centre for men whose lives have been ruined by alcohol and drug abuse.
Billy is originally from East Belfast and Hazel is from Wales and both have served with WEC since 1974. Betel is a trans–national field of WEC Int’l and today its program and communities can be found in over 60 urban areas in 22 nations.
