Billy is originally from Ballymena. He studied in Lebanon Bible Missionary Bible College for three years and gained church experience in Harryville Presbyterian Church.
The Lord finally broke through their resistance to serve anywhere in the world, except the Republic of Ireland. Bill is Director of the Mission.
