Church Alive 2014 is go!
Open Doors UK & Ireland, Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention and Christianity Explored are delighted that Church Alive will take place again this year running (DV) each evening from 1st – 4th May.
The first meeting on Thursday 1st May, is in the Crescent Church in Belfast. On Friday might, the location moves west to Dungannon Baptist Church. Kilfennan Presbyterian Church, Londonderry is the venue on Saturday night and the concluding meeting is in West Church, Ballymena on Sunday evening. The meetings are at 7.30pm, except Ballymena, when it’s 6.30pm.
Speakers
David Robertson
David is the minister of St. Peters Free Church in Dundee, Scotland and a chaplain at the university. David is author of several books including the Dawkins Letters and frequently writes articles for newspapers, magazines and is a regular contributor to the European Leadership Forum. He is director of Solas CPC, an interdenominational organisation seeking to evangelise and equip churches for evangelism in 21st Century Europe. David is married to Annabel and they have three children.
Ibrahim
Ibrahmin has been working in Christian ministry in Egypt for over 30 years. He is one of the current leaders of Kasr el–Dobara Church partnering with all denominations and serving all over the county.
Craig Dyer
Craig was a pastor for 20 years and joined the Christianity Explored team in 2008. He trains church leaders how to use Christianity Explored materials and encourages evangelism in the local church. Craig’s role takes him all over the globe, but the Dyer’s currently live in Glasgow.
