Donating to Missions
The end of the tax year (5th April) is approaching fast. Now is a good time for taxpayers to review their giving to Missions. Under the Government’s Gift Aid Scheme a donation of £100 will produce a tax refund of £25 to the Convention which will enhance the amount which we can pass on to Missions.
If you go to our website you will find a range of options. We would encourage regular giving by setting up a Standing Order with your Bank or Building Society. Or now that the end of the tax year is approaching could you make a one–off transfer from your Bank account to ours? You can indicate through the website that you are a taxpayer, allocate your donation to the Missions of your choice and when your money reaches our Bank account we will honour your allocation instructions – and we don’t make any deductions for administration.
Please join the band of supporters who are using the Convention to channel money to the Missions of their choice. Last year over £155,000 was passed on to 160 different missionary organisations. This makes a real difference to the spread of the gospel around the world.
