Phil serves as Director of AWM–Pioneers and is married with two young children. He previously worked in the legal profession and in local government.
Before AWM–Pioneers he was working with a refugee ministry for four years helping unaccompanied minors and victims of trafficking with practical and vocational support. Over the last fifteen years or so Phil has spent time in the inner–city in cross–cultural ministry, youth work, compassion ministries with homeless men and women and in different ministry leadership roles. Phil and his wife are involved with their local church and have been leading small groups and clusters of small groups for over ten years.
Phil is passionate about the Kingdom of God, sharing the gospel, cross–cultural ministry, compassion ministry and developing leaders to those ends.
He also supports Arsenal FC, enjoys coffee and loves a good curry!
