Rebecca Atellah grew up in Haiti where her parents were missionaries.
She attended McGill University where she met and married Ramez. In the seventies she pioneered the World Vision ministry in Quebec. In Cairo she leads a ministry to handicapped children and the disabled at the Mokattam Garbage Village and among Sudanese refugees in Egypt.
