Together with his wife, Louisa, Richard joined the staff team at All Nations Christian College in 2013.
He is a member of their Senior Leadership Team and Programme Leader for the en route Programme of cross–cultural mission training courses. He and Louisa are currently involved in catalysing and supporting mission training courses in various nations around the world. They also have the privilege of speaking on mission at various churches and mission events.
Richard’s current research interests include: Global Expressions of Multi–Cultural Church; Developing Mission Training for the Next Missions Paradigm; and Diaspora Missiology: Globalisation, Migration & Urbanisation.
Previously, Richard was Administrator/Elder of City Temple International Church (URC) in Central London (7 Years); and (Youth) Pastor/Mission Liaison Worker/Bible School Teacher/Church Planter/Migrant Worker Ministry Developer with Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Malaysia (8 Years).
He and Louisa have three children and an aging cat. Richard supports Ipswich Town Football Club which ages him!
