The Task Unfinished

A new version of the popular Frank Houghton hymn Facing a task unfinished was commissioned by OMF to celebrate their 150th anniversary in 2015 and played at our closing event at the Waterfront Hall.

The additional chorus was written by Keith and Kristyn Getty, Fionan de Barra and Ed Cash and was arranged by Jonathan Rea and can be watched again on our Vimeo channel. 

OMF are launching the song worldwide on 21st February in a global event they are calling The Task Unfinished praying that this will be a global movement towards completing the Church’s mission. Churches can get involved by incorporating the song in their worship on 21st February and taking the opportunity to feature mission in the service.
