About Worldwide Convention
Established 1937
Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention seeks to engage people of all ages in world mission with the challenge to pray, to give and to go. It offers a unique space to listen, to learn and to respond to the call and commission of the Lord Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations. Each day includes morning Bible studies and evening celebrations focusing on missions across the world along with an opportunity to visit the Global Village. Seminars and special events for children, teenagers, young adults, women and church leaders take place throughout the week. Founded in 1937 the Convention has been a place for thousands of people to experience the global church and to give their lives to making Jesus known across the street and across the world.

Four decades of changing people by investing time, love and attention to those in need

Friends of Worldwide
Bangor Worldwide costs in the region of £30,000 to run annually (this does not include funds which are allocated and go direct to ministries and missionaries).
Would you prayerfully consider joining others by becoming a ‘Friend of BWW’ and contributing £5 or £10 per month not just to enable this ministry to continue, but to allow us to pass the baton on to the next generation?"
-
Supporter Churches
We want to strengthen those relationships further and to encourage more churches to engage directly with the work of the Convention by becoming a ‘Supporter Church’
